Time: Briefing Session: 12 – 1 pm   Regular Session: 1 pm 

Entry to the Building Please remember to have your government-issued ID out as you enter the building and go through the security screening to ensure a smooth entry process for everyone. 

Oral Testimony There will be oral testimony allowed up to 3 minutes per person. To testify, signup on the testimony sign-in sheet, located at the front desk of the Planning Department (on the left as you enter the office).
