In terms of the heritage centre, as part of stakeholder and public consultation, we had a number of discussions on the general idea of the heritage centre but obviously, quite separately, you had developed your own detailed plans as to how you wanted to take it forward personally. but when they first come out with the plans there was no heritage centre in their plans until we spoke to them about our plans
