It goes against the state law which states no dog should be labeled vicious or a threat without just cause based upon their breed. It is unconstitutional to have breed specific legislation. Any animal specialist will tell you it is not genetic it is all how this is raised. Let's stop this narrow minded thinking and raise awareness or people will be forced to loose and even put down their family pets!
