I received a call from Social Workers from St Joseph's Hospital saying our loved one was granted release by the OC Mental Health Court Judge. It was conveyed that the Doctors recommended her being involuntarily admitted. What Judge would rule against a Doctors recommendation?

These social workers were making numerous calls to people, strangers in many cases, asking if our loved one could stay with them. 

You would think that the social workers would conclude by the number of family members and others they called having refused to allow her to stay with them, that the judges ruling was ill informed. She is not medicated and continues to have dellusional thoughts. Her abusive verbal attacks continue. Many of these individuals being called for housing her have previously kicked her out of their residence after only a few days and were forced to call the police. They have told me they had items taken from them. Our loved one is being released into a dangerous environment. 

She has filed for a replacement Disability Benefits cc for the 4th time in 4 months that I am aware of because they were given or stolen from her (with the access pin). 

We appeal to the Judge to revisit this decision based upon new information. Please support and share. The Judge needs to see this petition.
