Donate - Legal Challenge Fund via GoFundMe

I am currently raising funds to be used to mount a legal challenge to tiered billing rates being used by the St. Johns County Utilities Department. The GoFundMe page has the billing rates used by the SJCUD for the two parts of the county which illustrates the large difference in cost per 1,000 gallons. In addition, there is a summary of the issue that has been communicated in writing to the Board of County Commissioners and the Utility Commissioner.
