I would like to start out by thanking everyone that has taken time to sign this petition. There are times where people must band together in order to make their voices heard and this is one of those occasions. If you are like me, you or someone that you know has complained about their water bill at least once and probably more than that. My intention is to bring about change in St. Johns County by allowing the Board of County Commissioners and the Utility Commissioner to receive direct feedback. While the initial goal was to obtain 100 signatures, I would like to get as many as possible so that our elected officials take these concerns seriously. I encourage anyone signing this petition to add a personal comment of their own so that these officials can read them as they are posted. All signatures and comments are sent to the five members of the County Board of Commissioners in addition to the Utility Commissioner.
