We would like a fair Collective agreement to be signed that also reflects our worth and the commitment we have towards the public and our patients. Paramedics and support staff are not recognized financially for the unsociable hours that they work. Staff feel undervalued for the time, comittment and care they give to their patients and feel that our employer forgets the sacrifices that staff make. Already we are losing experienced staff overseas for better terms and conditions, dont let this happen,  keep our people for our people as WE really care. Help us to help YOU
