Squatters!! Modern day Vikings!!!

Squatters!! Modern day Vikings!!!
The Issue
Home owners work hard to own a home, with the idea that it is theirs. Not community property. Oregon doesnt care if it’s yours or if damage is being done. The law favors the person who refuses to leave. They can cause as much damage, do the most harmful act, not even have a lease agreement, and Oregon says "deal with it". BUT THE HOMEOWNER CANNOT!! THE HOMEOWNER HAS NO RIGHTS. The homeowner gets to be pushed into a life of survival to save their house or abandon it and start over. Homeowners receive NO HELP by law enforcement(just ask Newberg/Dundee police department). People who come into a home unwanted and don’t leave are HOME INVADERS. Homeowners should not lose their home because a “friend” stayed the weekend and now thinks they deserve to stay. Oregon needs to STOP enabling professional criminals by helping thieves rob your home. We now know the answer to What it was like to be raided by the Vikings. Vikings were terrifying for all those not protected. For victims of these raids, death could come quickly and with little warning. Oregon doesn’t even give you a chance to defend your home.
Smart victims would then cower and hide, allowing the village to be plundered without resistance. In this case “smart victims” just move out of their homes allowing the take over! If I said someone could live in my house , it would be in writing. Someone who won’t leave and has nothing in writing, has the burden of proof. My mom had a 11 month battle with 2 people that claimed to be friends. They came for a weekend. After that they kept coming in through a window in the garage. They stayed and claimed it as their own. Newberg Dundee Police gave them legal access to the home by pressuring the home owner (my mom) into a verbal yes to get one back pack. That was all it took. They had legal access from that point. My mom’s bank information was hacked, 13,000 dollars of electrical damage, vandalism and destruction of property. The two squatters were finally removed by sheriff and restraining orders placed to protect my mom. But all financial obligation, repairs, and court fees, as well as sheriff serving them the papers is my moms, and the two that did this are already cozy in their next victims house.
