On October 6 2026. Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery have completed its merger. David Ellison has gone way too far by merging Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery and look where it has got him. He's ruined Hollywood badly by reducing the number of Hollywood Studios down from five to four as you can see thats a bad merger deal.

The Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery is way worse than AOL Time Warner merger in 2001 because of layoffs, considation and job losses. So this merger will likely fail so badly anyways which would mean Paramount and Warner Bros. would have to be forced to split for the better

As you all know Warner Bros. is a very important studio to us and owns Franchises such as Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, Scooby Doo, Animaniacs, Harry Potter, The Flintstones and among others.

To make matters worse Skydance is merging Warner Bros. Games and Paramount Game Studios into one and even merging Paramount+ and HBO Max into one which makes the merger even worse thanks to David Ellison

Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon are now owned under the same unbrella and what could be worse is Cartoon Network shutting down.

If Skydance Corporation splits into CBSParamount and WarnerMedia at least CBSParamount could at least buy Lionsgate and CBSParamount could even buy the rights to Harvey comics characters from NBCUniversal via DreamWorks and have the cartoon rights of Popeye to be owned by Paramount Pictures from Warner Bros.

If that split does also happen then WarnerMedia could buy MGM from Amazon and Warner Bros. via MGM could even revive The Cannon Group/Cannon Films and Filmways and If that happens then WarnerMedia could fold Turner Entertainment into MGM and even use the Warner MGM Branding for Warner Bros. Entertainment divisions much like how Disney used Buena Vista, Sony used Columbia TriStar and Universal used MCA. If that could happen there could be a possibility of Warner Bros. putting New Line Cinema under the MGM label and have Cannon Films under Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer under Warner Bros. Pictures distribute Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, CNN, TBS, TNT and TruTV movies.

Warner Bros. could also revive United Artists too as a seperate label from MGM after buying MGM from Amazon thus United Artists would own the rights back to Pink Panther and James Bond etc. United Artists under Warner Bros. Pictures could distribute HBO movies.

Skydance should also consider selling Discovery assets to NBCUniversal as Discovery Kids had a block on NBC from 2002 to 2006

Following that split Paramount Pictures should revive Desilu and then revive Skydance Media and treat it better than David Ellison and What could've been way better was that Skydance Media should have been founded in 1964 by Gene Roddenberry instead of David Ellison and things would have been much better if that were the case.

If you want Paramount and Warner Bros. to be seperate studios again. Please do not defend this merger, by saying it's a great merger, when it's clearly not a great merger and instead just sign this petition as we are not giving up hope. There is still a chance to bring back the Big Five major film Studios by having Skydance split into CBSParamount and WarnerMedia or at least TimeWarner and firing David Ellison for this bad merger deal.
