The Unicorn Pub is a historic landmark serving lovely food and FANTASTIC ales to a community of loyal customers. 

To turn it into an American Smokehouse will have a detrimental effect on the community, especially when you take into account the planning for a lot of new houses in the area which will require a local PUB to service the inhabitants on a DAILY basis, not a once a month burger.

This is rural Cheshire not a city centre.
