My name is Christine McIntire. I started this petition in hopes it will help me get my Lily news coverage in the Syracuse, NY area. I have for two years now sent messages to the Syracuse news Channel 9, CNY Central.com, The Post Standard, and Spectrum News in Syracuse. 

I want to tell you a little about my Lily. Lily is a missing dog. Lily is from Elmira, NY. She is a toy Poodle. She turned 7 yrs old December 31st 2020. She weighed 9 pounds. She stands 10 to 12 inches tall. She is spayed with no tattoo. She was not microchipped. She has two missing teeth in front of her canine. She has a growth such as a fatty tumor on her upper right shoulder area. She has her own Facebook page "Bring Lily Home" with 2,000 plus followers and still growing. 

Lily disappeared during a camping trip in Parish, NY at Travel Resorts Basslake. Lily was last seen July 29th 2019 on State Route 69 in Parish, NY. My husband a Navy Veteran with PTSD and myself believe Lily was picked up. 

In October 2019 at 5:30 in the morning I was woke to a phone call from a cloned phone  number from a woman stating "I cooked her and ate her for dinner" which we do not believe. We believe it was just someone being cruel. Last year 2020 was the worst year ever. April I checked on a sign to find someone ripped it off a pole and wrote dead on it. I was sent graphic pictures of deceased people by a scammer. July a man driving a Silver Convertible was seen stealing Lily's signs. This man is described as thin, possibly grayed hair could be light, appeared to be over 50. This man has stolen signs from the town of Parish to Camden, NY. August I received a call a man from a neighboring town was bragging he stole Lily for his wife. Police looked into the man as his wife and him have a toy Poodle who resembles Lily. It was proving not to be Lily. November more calls. This same man was bragging he stole Lily but this time it was reported for a girlfriend. I hired a Syracuse Private Investigator Heather Kukowski to look into the story. Everything was leading back to this man. Unfortunately the case was destroyed by someone close to both this man and myself. Still to this day we don't know for sure if he was in fact involved. We don't know if the two cases are related or just a coincidence. 

Our main focus is finding the man in the Silver Convertible. I spoke with the Hastings New York State Police. They believe this man has her or knows who does. We just need to find our baby. There is a $3,000 reward offered for information leading to Lily and upon her safe return home. Please help by signing this petition.
