We, the members of the Kindle Arts Society, propose that the following special resolution be considered at the 2025 Annual General Meeting:

That the Society establish a First Nations Engagement Committee, with members appointed by the Board, and to allocate a budget of $6000 and 4 Otherworld tickets to the committee for the 2025/26 fiscal year to be spent on First Nations art grants, gifts, and other expenses as decided by the Committee to further the goals of Reconciliation, diversity, equity and inclusion.
