I would appreciate you signing the other petition to eliminate the Maximum Effort rule in Special Olympics Ohio swimming. Many of my teammates got disqualified for swimming too fast and got "Participant" ribbons at the State Indoor Winter Games at BGSU for swimming. I would appreciate you signing it to Eliminate the Maximum Effort rule in swimming at Special Olympics Ohio. Thank you.
