I want to say thank you so much for signing the petition to "Returning the State Swim Meet for Special Olympics Ohio back to Columbus, Ohio" at it's rightful home at The Ohio State University McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion. I have heard that Ohio State was going to charge Special Olympics Ohio for use of the pool. However, there is a certain person or persons at Special Olympics Ohio from the Toledo and Northwest Ohio area who have connections in that area. Special Olympics Ohio could have made the changes gradually and slowly. Instead, ;theym the changes all at once without thinking to whom it would effect from the athletes and their families, coaches, etc. and not considering the Winter Road Conditions to get to Bowling Green State University. I will be at the State Winter Games Indoor Sports in Swimming this month, and will give a report on how BGSU's Cooper Pool swims. I want to say thank you again so much for signing the petition to Returning the State Swim Meet for Special Olympics Ohio back to Columbus Ohio, and share this with your friends and family to help to get to 200 signatures to give to Special Olympics Ohio and The Ohio State University on why that the State Swim Meet needs to returned to it's rightful home at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion on the Ohio State University campus area.
