The Scottish Government attests that they will not be seeking any amendments on the Equality Act of 2010.

Visit Scotland has a Tourism Steering Group that only has ADUK members (for assistance dogs). I am going to find out if I can be added to it. I am happy to hear that they are following the EHRC’s booklet “Take the Lead”. Rizzo's Legacy and I both consulted on this (see bellow). 

The Minister for Older People and Equalities, Christina McKelvie MSP. says that any breach of the Equality act of 2010 is against the law. Anyone who has had problems with travel or stores in Scotland please get in touch with me via assistancedoglaw@outlook.com and I will look into it.
