British Airways is not only infringing on UK citizen's rights but now US citizen's rights. They have denied a US citizen's guide dog space on a plane trip to visit family. As the tickets were bought in the US (flight from UK) then US laws cover this trip. In the US a service dog does not need to be ADI or IGDF to fly.
