Today I have been forwarded a link to new regulations posted by the UK Civil Air Authorities (CAA). They have made regulations that non-ADUK dogs will not be allowed on flights or maybe not even in airports. Look at 2.0 to 2.2. I have tried to get in touch through two different emails given and both have been postmaster delivered back. Please feel free to vent at them.
