I have an update on the TFL Transport For London thanks to a friend for our cause. Posters and Booklet TFL are in the process of changing their publications, they have removed the words ADUK, Accredited and Registered. They have also removed the ADUK logo that can be seen in the window of the taxi. TFL have added owner trained and overseas visitors assistance dogs and pointed out they will have different jackets. The ADUK accredited charity coats will remain on the poster, but now there is a clearer point of view and owner trained are now recognised. The Advertising Agency have also been in contact as they took the case up after my complaint, which will now be closed as the changes have been made, they will post on the website on 28th April their findings. I've been very impressed with Peter Fletcher from TFL and how keen he was to make the changes and not offend anyone. I said I will post an update on the progress. I'm happy with the changes, I hope everyone else is also.
