Homeowners many of whom are seniors and working families face constant anxiety due to unannounced property inspections, arbitrary violation fees, and inconsistent rule enforcement. Residents report fear of retaliation for speaking up and financial strain from sudden rent increases and unexplained charges, all while vital safety and maintenance issues go unresolved until residents themselves intervene.

If these practices continue unchecked, residents risk losing their homes and their sense of security. The emotional toll of constant harassment and uncertainty is compounded by the financial burden of repeated rent hikes and added fees. Allowing this pattern to persist will erode community trust, destabilize families, and set a harmful precedent for how mobile home residents are treated parish-wide.
