A desperate father has taken to twitter @FahimJawwad since December 2017 to beg for an Indian visa for his two-year old son. The child has congenital heart disease and needs to be operated upon . The family has attached doctor's notes with their visa application but despite the passage of over 60 days there is no response. Feel so helpless.
