On his City’s homepage he describes Bucheon as “a vibrant cultural metropolis where modern arts such as comics, film, and music come alive, the home of the Bucheon Philharmonic orchestra, Korea’s top orchestra, and the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, which is filled with love, fantasy, and adventure”. But how about the fact that Bucheon is also where so many dogs are confined to a lifetime of torture to be killed in hideously frightening ways for the dog meat consumers?
