Lugene and I REALLY need you to help us by contacting your law makers. You can read the story at www.LugenesLaw.org...  This one foolish moped operator has cost us over 40K in bills which continues to increase ... Lugene could have been killed or been paralyzed, she is in the 3% who walk away with just a brace and pain for a few months. She still could need to have surgery to mend the bones in her neck if they don't heal on their own.

Don't let these moped operators get away with what they are doing on our roads ... How many times have YOU watched it happen when they are in front of you and being too slow or wreck less. It is time to change the laws.

They should AT LEAST be Licensed, Registered, Tagged and INSURED.

Why should they not have a tag with a number ( so they can be identified) or not have insurance for their responsibilities to others?
