Without the knowledge of exactly how many wild rhino are left in South Africa, how can any decisions that could effect the remaining populations be taken?

How could South Africa support a proposal for international trade in rhino horn?  How could South Africa apply for the doubling of permit amounts to trophy hunt  Black Rhino in South Africa?  How could South Africa support Namibia's proposal to downgrade the White Rhino from Appendix I to Appendix II so that they could be trophy hunted?

South Africans have a right to know how many wild rhinos are left?  The world has generously supported conservation in South Africa, they too need to be advised.
