South Africa’s Captive Bred Lion Industry supplies lion bone to China.  800 lion skeletons per year are exported. The industry is poorly regulated and these Lion live in appalling conditions. 

South Africa should be persuaded to close this industry down as soon as possible. There are more than 10000 lions living in captivity.
