This post completely makes sense now as SVAS no longer held any contracts when this was posted. Not only are they admitting to not taking community animals as surrenders, but they had no contracts as well. So they are now handpicking every animal they bring into shelter….

It makes one wonder if they are doing this on purpose to overload the pound and rescues in town…

PS they are all still operating at max capacity and are ALL still at no kill status even with record intakes!  Please support them as they are doing the real work in Ward County!
