First surprise! 
All municipal/county contracts are no longer active per this new contract disclaimer I received through legal ROI process. Per all of the places that SVAS says they service on their website, none have signed a new contract with them for service(with the exception of city of Berthold because I am still awaiting response from the city which currently has conflict of interest as the Chief of Police is now on the board at SVAS…This is another update HAHA!) 

I have learned through these ROIs some very interesting things which I will share in the next few days to come. 
Another tidbit… out of 1926 calls for animal services from 2018-present, there were only 9 docketed cases to SVAS. Interesting huh?!
