We cannot tell you the exact amount of times we have seen this message posted on Facebook this year. To think and state that North Dakota is not in an animal crisis is (let’s face it…) an uneducated, inexperienced, irresponsible and ignorant statement. And then to continue to add to the crisis with transports…..ugh….
