In the BSL petition, SVAS leaves out key detail of the fact they are KNOWINGLY transporting these animals to Minot with BSL still in effect. 
How are they “filling the gap”….by adding to the overpopulation? They have admitted publicly they are NOT servicing the community. How is this helping our community?
