SVAS closes for the month of August. They dox both the Minot Pound and FBS by posting personal information on their website without asking either entity for permission, but yet they say the entities are denying to help when they were never asked. 
Also, why would the shelter who continually bash the pounds “kill rate” (which is not correct) tell the public to contact them? 
They make ZERO sense!
