The screenshot above was from this weekend. Person adopted from SVAS and was told that fixing animal was their responsibility. 
What is their clinic doing? They have been open for almost a year and have a vet on staff…why are the not using their “state of the art” clinic? Why are they sending out unfixed animals into communities to fosters that can and will breed? Why are they charging so much for adoptions when rescues charge less and vet them completely? Are they misusing the grant money they are getting which require spay and neutering before adoption? 
So many red flags…
