For all of you that donated thousands of dollars for their new 3.5 million dollar building before this fiscal year, you are NOT allowed in this meeting.

You are NOT allowed to ask questions unless you donated more than $1000 this year…

You are NOT allowed in this meeting at all if you donated under $250 this year…

And yet they want the public to donate cat food, dog food, $5 here, $5 there, etc.

The little people of Minot do not matter unless they want your little money…

YOUR QUESTIONS DO NOT MATTER…

And yet again they say they are for the “community” and “transparency” to them matters….We think not!
