When the animals need them, are they really there under the new policies of Shelbi Waters? Is she even here? 
The answer is no. 
Many many many many many complaints daily online everywhere about no contact…not allowing intakes…can’t contact them…no resolution of issues…

And you have to email Shelbi Waters to try and talk to the Executive Director if you have an issue. WHY? Because she no longer lives in the community the shelter serves.
