According to SVAS, all animals brought up from Oklahoma are vaccinated and fixed. This is another lie Shelbi Waters is telling. 
It is painfully obvious that animals are neither of these things. These pose a threat to our animal population here. 

Oh and BTW…this dog is still missing with zero help from SVAS to locate it just like Lost Boy. Another local rescue has taken charge to locate this animal AGAIN…(cleaning up SVAS messes all the time is taxing ALL of the other shelters/pounds and rescues ALL THE TIME!)
