Ward County ROI for the federal Covid impact disbursements returned the award for SVAS under Shelbi Waters. It will be interesting to see if ANY of this is completed by the timelines set forth in request. 
Any they claim they are concerned with overpopulation as they funnel animals up here for grant money….now they want money to help with overpopulation HAHA! Makes sense right?
