Shelbi Waters has posted on Facebook multiple times about grants. 
The most recent transport is in part ship with another shelter and they supposedly received $200,000 in grant money for this partnership. HOWEVER, when you look for this grant in the website of the giver, neither of the shelters show up as recipients of any grants from either company. 
A little more digging and you cannot find this grant award anywhere. Why is this? 
I and others have turned them in for grant audits to find out why….
