SVAS currently has the county contract for strays in Ward County. 

Why do they not take strays? They have rejected 100s of animals from the contracts they hold with the county, MAFB, and other communities that have contracts, but have room for out of state transports? 
They “boast” they are helping the communities, but are they really? 
The answer is no…the are continuing to increase the population by transports and not spay/neutering before foster/adoption.
