Transporting all the animals from flight into a back of a Uhaul?!?! Not only is this illegal, but dangerous temperature for animals with no ventilation.

Shelbi Waters boasted they received grant money for transport vehicle. Where is the vehicle and what happened to the grant money for said vehicle if not purchased?
