The picture above is a snapshot of an interview on You Tube with an organization that gives grant money to animal shelters. 
In this particular interview, Shelbi Waters goes into detail of the domestic violence incident, names where the victim went as well as the animal(which was the pound) and creates a horrific untrue story about the treatment of the animal at the pound to gain sympathy for grant fund, donations and speaking engagements. 
In another separate incident on their Facebook page, Shelbi Waters allowed another domestic violence post about intakes that were used for plea for donations. 
This behavior by Shelbi Waters is not only dangerous to the victims of these incidents, but it is dangerous to the animals involved, the staff at SVAS and breaks the confidentiality of the contract they have with with an organization that funds them for housing these animals. 

(P.S. I do have the video which was located on You Tube that is pictured above. I contacted You Tube via their customer service and had them remove the video for the safety of everyone that was involved in the incident. I also flagged the other post on Facebook and it was subsequently removed, but I have the screenshot of post. Out of confidentiality for both victims, these will not be linked in here. Thank you!)
