London Live have interviewed David Hopkins, Director of Community who explains why Coin Street Community Builders and Waterloo Community Development Group, stakeholder organisations and local people based in Lambeth and Southwark feel so strongly that the over development of 72 Upper Ground will adversely affect people's lives for decades to come.

The decision makers Lambeth Council really need to listen to people's concerns. They need to stop and rethink the developer's planning proposals and not rush to a hasty decision - one that could ruin South Bank.
