CORREO ELECTRÓNICO A COSTAS - PERMISOS FINALIZACIÓN OBRA: PASEO MARÍTIMO PUNTA DEL MORAL

Estimado Sr Cuena Lopez,

Mi nombre es Lisa Bovio y soy propietaria de un piso en la Urbanizacion Playa Grande de Punta del Moral, Ayamonte, Huelva. El 28 de Agosto del 2024 lanzamos una petición en Change.orgdebido al terrible estado de abandono en el que se encontraba toda Isla Canela y en particular La Punta Del Moral.  Le escribo en representación de los casi 3500 vecinos firmantes.

Adjunto enlace a dicha petición. 

Hace 2 años le escribimos para aclarar quien era responsable de la limpieza y mantenimiento de las dunas: Costas o el Ayuntamiento?. Usted tuvo a bien respondernos y especificar que la responsabilidad restaba con el Ayuntamiento.
En las actualizaciones 7 y 8 de la petición, hemos incluido respectivamente la carta que le escribimos con registro de entrada el 12/2/25 y su respuesta a la misma.

Volvemos otra vez a molestarlo. Esta es la situación en la que nos encontramos: nos entregaron los pisos en La Punta del Moral hace mas de 25 años pero la sección final del Paseo, frente al restaurante Antonio y a la urbanizacion El Faro quedo sin terminar.  A lo largo de 25 años, hemos tratado este tema con el Ayuntamiento, un sinfín de veces. La respuesta es siempre la misma: “no podemos terminar la obra pues Costas no nos da los permisos”.  

Sr Cuena Lopez, le rogamos tenga a bien aclararnos lo siguiente: 
- Ha recibido usted del Ayuntamiento la solicitud para el otorgamiento de los permisos pertinentes para dicha obra?
- Queda algo pendiente por solicitar o presentar por parte del Ayuntamiento?
- Cuando cree usted que pueda el Ayuntamiento recibir dichos permisos para así finalmente poder terminar esta obra?

Nos tomaremos la libertad de incluir este correo como actualización de la Peticion para así mantener a todos los casi 3500 vecinos firmantes informados.  

Si este correo electrónico no fuera suficiente y fuera necesario presentar una carta por mesa de entrada en su oficina de Huelva, háganoslo saber y así lo haremos.

Le rogamos tenga a bien ayudarnos así el Ayuntamiento puede terminar esta obra y los vecinos podemos finalmente disfrutar de este espacio y después de mas de 25 años, pasar pagina.

Dear Mr. Cuena Lopez,

My name is Lisa Bovio, and I own an apartment in the Playa Grande residential complex in Punta del Moral, Ayamonte, Huelva. On August 28, 2024, we launched a petition on Change.org due to the terrible state of neglect affecting the entire Isla Canela area, and specifically Punta del Moral. I am writing to you on behalf of the nearly 3,500 residents who have signed it.

I have attached a link to the petition.

Two years ago, we wrote to you to clarify who was responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the dunes: the Coastal Authority (*Costas*) or the Town Council? You kindly replied and specified that the responsibility lay with the Town Council.
In updates 7 and 8 of the petition, we have included the letter we sent you—which was officially registered on February 12, 2025—and your response to it.

We are troubling you once again. Here is the situation we face: our apartments in Punta del Moral were handed over to us more than 25 years ago, yet the final section of the promenade—facing the Antonio restaurant and the El Faro residential complex—remains unfinished. Over the past 25 years, we have raised this issue with the Town Council countless times. The answer is always the same: "We cannot finish the work because the Coastal Authority will not grant us the permits."

Mr. Cuena Lopez, we respectfully ask you to clarify the following points:
- Have you received a request from the Town Council for the granting of the necessary permits for this project?
- Is there anything pending that the Town Council needs to request or submit?
- When do you think the Town Council might receive these permits so that the work can finally be completed?

We are taking the liberty of including this email as an update to the petition in order to keep all the nearly 3,500 resident signatories informed.

If email correspondence is insufficient and a formal letter needs to be submitted to your Huelva office, please let us know, and we will do so.

We kindly ask for your assistance so that the City Council can complete this project, allowing us residents to finally enjoy this space and—after more than 25 years—move forward.
