Sony fails again to deliver the update!

We decided to temporarily suspend the Android Marshmallow firmware update. This applies to both the automatic and the download via USB. The reason for this are technical problems that have occurred during the first phase of the update. We are aware that many users have been waiting for this update, but our top priority is to provide all our customers with a smooth and consistent update process. Our engineers do everything they can to solve these technical problems that have occurred in the European market as part of the major update campaign. The update will be available as soon as possible. However, this also means that we will not be able to meet the originally planned deadline for implementation on all TVs by 8 March.
