Sony states "There is nothing wrong with 2015/16 Bravia TVs" .... alternate reality?

Today I called Sony (again) and I was transferred to a a higher level of customer care support - the person that works at this department told me that all Sony 2015 and 2016 TVs are working as properly and there is no input lag problems when playing any videogame console (Sony Ps4 Pro or Xbox One S) - they also said that people are complaining about something that they don't know. I guess Sony is out of the reality, searching for an alternate reality with alternate facts....
