Because of the recent events, multiple citizens of Europe have lost their access to their PSN accounts and PlayStation Store due to the fact that they had to create PSN account under Russian region.

• How did that happen - Baltics and some countries like Kazakhstan can not create accounts under their own region as it is simply not listed and thereby they do not exist at all. While official Sony shops for example in Latvia do exist.
• Solution that Sony has implemented clearly shows that their way of implementing such a restriction was completely rushed, half-baked and has affected multiple countries and people not connected to Russian Federation whatsoever. 
• What we want to reach with the help of community and you (as this is not possible without you!) - we wish for Sony to rethink how they have implemented those restrictions, for example limiting users from Russia using a factual geolocation instead of the information that is in the account. Or to provide those affected from Latvia/Lithuania/Estonia/Kazakhstan and many many more with a migration to another region. As no-one wishes to lose their progress or investments into their own account. 
• We do not support any war/special-operation/genocide, but we are supporting fair sanctions/restrictions that are not affecting innocent people and countries.
