The Dekalb County School District has consistently refused to follow Georgia State law as it relates to professional educator, Sonja Floyd Keith in granting any hearing. Moreover, Dekalb County School District offered a fourth teacher contract and allowed their employees to not assist with the certification program, their in house certification program, request any certification( they have authority to request) or not at all because they waived certification as a requirement in their contract with the Georgia Department of Education. 

Sonja Floyd Keith doesn't have anything on her background that would warrant such cruelty and hazing by this entire conglomerate. The current superintendent has not changed from prior superintendents after Dekalb County School District forced Dr. R. Stephen Green out. It appears that Dekalb County School District doesn't want any federal government backed employees on staff. Dr. Green supported Floyd Keith but Dekalb's people(long time employees prior to Dr. Green)usurped his authority.
