We as students support our teachers and the reasons behind the strike, but we shouldn`t be kept in the dark. We paid to learn and this strike has a huge impact on us and our education. As students, we have paid tuition but many of us also pay rent and other living expenses.

We should be refunded a portion of our tuition as well as reimbursed for our living expenses. Many of us have left our jobs in order to pursue an education and gain a meaningful career, which is strongly being affected due to this strike.  

 when we finally get to go back to class, we deserve to have our next semester provided to us by the council, with no additional fee`s. If this strike continues and causes us to have to extend our semesters into the summer that could have a huge impact on us. Many students work during the summer to be able to afford to pay for their tuition.
