Freeholders still blocking effort

Laurie Perla has been in touch with the Freeholders who are confused why they need a ban if they have no circuses. They fail to understand that if every other county passes bans, they will be setting up a welcome mat to all traveling circuses to come to Somerset County. Please continue to share this petition.
