If in our infinite wisdom we would have given every citizen 18 and older a minimum income of $8.00 an hour 40 hour a week payed by the government. There by eliminating the minimum wage; it would have cost less than the bailout in 2008. Plus they would be getting that for the rest of their life. No free collage, no food stamps, and no welfare. The government of the United States shall make payments to every citizen 18 and older the guaranteed minimum wage of $16,644.00 a year. The payment paid made monthly of $1,387.00. This income will be tied to the rate of inflation and calculated and adjusted yearly.
