Notably, David Bushell, who was not copied into this email, responded on his daughter's behalf with a comment that was both sexist and demeaning. His reply included the phrase, "Does she ever stop this silly bit," which is wholly unacceptable for any representative of a legal firm, particularly from an owner and director.

In response to Mr. Bushell's derogatory comment, I promptly forwarded the exchange to both the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the court, providing evidence of this unprofessional conduct.
