Cow Cat y Fireball eran felinos Itinerantes. Ambos fueron secuestrados por el clan criminal de tortura en línea. Cow Cat fue torturado por Zhu Zhihui durante 36 horas hasta su muerte y Fireball, un niño felino de 3 meses fue eloctrocutado y despellejado en línea, mientras pendia colgado de las extremidades superiores. Sobre Monica hablamos en parrafos más adelante. Se cree que Peng Xiang es el exterminador de Fireball y Mónica.
La indignación global ha sido de tal magnitud, que hoy 36 paises son Guardianes Felinos bajo las instrucciones generales de www.felineguardians.org
De los 8 frentes de violencia señalados, la tortura y asesinato en línea de gatos adultos y bebés, tiene un impacto planetario sin precedentes, pues rompió todo límite ético humano conocido, convirtiéndose en uno de los crímenes más atroces de la historia contra el Reino Animal, teniendo en cuenta que estamos en la edad de oro del acceso al conocimiento y de la multiplicación de organizaciones dedicadas a la Defensa Animal.
Donde ocurre? en China 🇨🇳
Quienes lo hacen? Unos 500.000 criminal-fans asociados al célebre torturador de Cow Cat, "Jack Latiao", en articulación criminal con consumidores en línea.
Porqué ocurre? porque no existe una Ley Nacional Protectiva de los Gatos ni estos poseen el status de Seres Sintientes y Sujetos de Derecho.
Quienes son las víctimas? Gatos, pequeños y gatos adultos, en su mayoría itinerantes pero también los hay domésticos sustraídos de sus hogares.
Metodología: tortura en línea, con una variedad de herramientas, como tijeras, amoladoras, sopletes, martillos y jeringas, entre otras. La evidencia empirica más desgarradora a nuestro juicio es la tortura online de Fireball.
Para qué se hace? con fines hedonistas y con fines comerciales para compradores en línea.
Quienes intervienen: humanos verdugos ejecutores y humanos verdugos por consumo, es decir, compradores en línea.
Consecuencias: efecto multiplicador en todos los grupos etáreos, o efecto contagio o efecto imitación/ y daño psicologico en la población amante de los gatos y tenedoras de los mismos
La gravedad que estamos exponiendo impacta sin duda en la salud mental de los amantes de los gatos. como es el caso de la tenedora de la gata Mónica. Mónica no era una gata callejera sino que pertenecía a un hogar muy bien cuidada y amada desde bebé. Cuando fue capturada en un aeropuerto cuando salió con su amiga humana, por el clan torturador y asesinada a posteriori, su amiga humana intentó suicidarse debido a las imágenes recibidas por parte de los secuestradores, que mostraban el cuerpo de Monica cortado en partes. Previamente los criminales solicitaron rescate bajo amenaza de matar a Mónica, lo cual concretaron de todos modos El destino final de Mónica sumió a su dueña en una profunda desesperación. Se trata de una red conformada por Verdugos y Consumidores. Esta "clientela" opera "on demand", y pueden seleccionar el Método de Tortura (picana electrica, hervirlos vivos, despellejamiento, corte de extremidades e inyecciones de ácido), así como cualquier otra "herramienta " que satisfaga sus apetencias.
Esta tragedia felina ha tomado estado internacional y ha causado la indignación global, impulsado manisfestaciones, protestas, peticiones y una explosión de acciones en línea por parte de los más de 30 países involucrados, nucleados alrededor de la Comunidad en Línea Feline Guardians creada 2023 para combatir las torturas y asesinatos en línea provenientes de China.

Se trata de 6 Leyes que son parte de la Constitución, de parcialidad y tibieza manifiesta, ya que no solo contempla a los Animales como propiedad, sino que son leyes discriminatorias, ya existe una Ley de Protección de la Vida Silvestre de China que estipula que no se debe maltratar a los animales salvajes durante su manejo y se castiga con medio año de prisión, pero no existe una Ley Nacional Integral Protectiva que incluya a todos los Animales que habitan el territorio chino.
En estas 6 Leyes no hay referencia alguna sobre considerarlos Seres Sintientes y Sujetos de Derecho; la frase del párrafo precedente "durante su manejo" lo confirma, ya que da inmediata cuenta que los Animales están cosificados.
Solo el Panda, que es el Animal Nacional, ha sido incluido en el Nivel 1 de Protección Nacional por ser una especie endémica. El parque Nacional de Pandas Gigantes comenzó a operar en octubre de 2021 y se extiende a lo largo de casi 22,000 kilómetros², lo que ofrece un hábitat protegido al 72% de los ejemplares que viven en libertad en China. y además se protege a la denominada "fauna silvestre" como el Leopardo de las Nieves, el Mono de pelo dorado, el Tigre del sur de China, el Faisán morón, la Grulla de cresta roja, el Ibis rojo, el Delfín blanco de río y el Caimán chino.
Los Animales han sido históricamente , importantes actores en la escenografia cultural de la Nación china. Por ejemplo, el Dragón es el animal sagrado emblema de la cultura china, y se lo considera un animal mitológico, de gran importancia en la cultura china desde la prehistoria: representa los valores mas altos de sabiduría, fuerza y poder.
Una de las posturas más emblemáticas y representativas del Kung Fu es "el gato, o Xu Bu".
El milenario Chi Kung de los 5 animales➡️ Tigre, Grulla, Oso, Mono y del templo Shaolin, imitan por ejemplo al ave abriendo sus alas y al tigre mirando a su alrededor.Estos cinco animales y sus características particulares han llegado a ser parte fundamental de la cultura china y están presentes en sus manifestaciones artísticas desde hace siglos. Para la cultura china y principalmente para el Taoísmo, la observación de la naturaleza es un acto de introspección y conocimiento, desde sus comienzos el pueblo chino estudió el movimiento y cualidades de los animales, admirando los movimientos y esencia de cada uno de ellos.
Es decir. tanto la cultura china como las Artes Marciales Chinas, milenariamente han admirado a los Animales, incorporando sus posturas y movimientos ofensivos como defensivos, para construir la estructura de practica de las diferentes disciplinas basadas en las cualidades fisicas y espirituales de los Animales

Hoy, las nuevas generaciones de chinos se han divorciado de las generaciones que admiraban al Reino Animal y la feroz tortura de gatos online lo confirma tristemente.
Los gatos en China están siendo sistematica y sistémicamente afectados por diversas y prolificas situaciones de Crimenes Cibernéticos, perpetrados por ciudadanos chinos de mal. Por lo expuesto, hallamos en la creación por Ley de Albergues Felinos Seguros, una herramienta protectiva y frenadora del secuestro del felino Itinerante, mientras el gobierno chino promulga su Ley Nacional Integral Protectiva para todos y cada uno de los Animales en su territorio, y encarcela a los responsables de los crímenes contra la Vida Felina, de modo tal que los gatos tengan una Existencia tranquila y libre de asedios y sufrimiento.
Creemos haber planteado argumentos y análisis suficiente como para solicitar:
1) Arbitrar los medios y recursos del Estado chino para la urgente creación de Albergues Felinos Seguros por Ley para todo el territorio de la Nacion.
2) Que dicha Ley sea incorporada a la Ley Nacional Integral Anti-Crueldad Animal cuya urgente promulgación es reclamada a China desde la Comunidad Guardianes Felinos de más de 30 países.
3) Arbitrar los medios y recursos del Estado para urgentemente ir en buscs de los felinos itinerantes, y llevarlos a los albergues, dado que son ellos presa fácil de los secuestradores para los fines desarrollados en párrafos precedentes
4) Arbitrar los medios y recursos del Estado chino para asignar partidas presupuestarias suficientes para los albergues felinos existentes y para la encomiable tarea de los rescatistas privados.
5) Arbitrar los medios y recursos del Estado chino para una fuerte campaña de adopción de felinos, que incluyan subsidios económicos para los adoptantes.

Cow Cat and Fireball were roaming felines. Both were kidnapped by the online torture clan. Cow Cat was tortured by Zhu Zhihui for 36 hours until he died, and Fireball, a 3-month-old kitten, was electrocuted and skinned while hanging by his upper limbs. We'll discuss Monica in later paragraphs. Peng Xiang is believed to be the one who killed Fireball and Monica.

Of the 8 fronts of violence identified, the online torture and murder of adult and baby cats has an unprecedented planetary impact, as it broke every known human ethical limit, becoming one of the most atrocious crimes in history against the Animal Kingdom, considering that we are in the golden age of access to knowledge and the multiplication of organizations dedicated to Animal Defense.

The existence and severity of animal abuse is common knowledge, transcending all borders and extending across the globe. These two words—animal abuse—refer to a whole range of human behaviors, from appropriation/kidnapping, overcrowding, chaining, throwing, kicking, poisoning, lacerations, and bullying, to extreme torture and murder, as in the case of the online cat torture in China mentioned earlier.
The torture is filmed and broadcast live on the internet via the Telegram and Tencent QQ platforms.
This is a network made up of Executioners and Consumers. This "clientele" operates "on demand," and can select the Torture Method (electric cattle prod, boiling alive, skinning, amputation of limbs, and acid injections), as well as any other "tool" that satisfies their desires.
This feline tragedy has taken on international significance and caused global outrage, prompting demonstrations, protests, petitions, and an explosion of online action by the more than 30 countries involved, grouped around the Feline Guardians Online Community created in 2023 to combat online torture and killings originating from China.

In China, the legal vacuum negatively impacts the well-being of animals, given that only partial and discriminatory legislation exists regarding non-human life, and none of it recognizes animals as sentient beings and subjects of law.
These are 6 laws that are part of the Constitution, which are manifestly biased and lukewarm, since they not only treat animals as property, but are also discriminatory laws. There is already a Wildlife Protection Law in China that stipulates that wild animals should not be mistreated during handling and is punishable by half a year in prison, but there is no Comprehensive National Protection Law that includes all animals that inhabit Chinese territory.
In these 6 Laws there is no reference to considering them as Sentient Beings and Subjects of Law; the phrase in the preceding paragraph " during their handling" confirms this, since it immediately shows that Animals are objectified.
Only the panda, the national animal, has been included in Level 1 of national protection due to its endemic status. The Giant Panda National Park began operating in October 2021 and covers nearly 22,000 square kilometers, providing protected habitat for 72% of the pandas living in the wild in China. It also protects other wildlife such as the snow leopard, golden monkey, South China tiger, mottled pheasant, red-crested crane, scarlet ibis, white river dolphin, and Chinese alligator.
Animals have historically been important figures in the cultural landscape of the Chinese nation. Cow Cat y Fireball eran felinos Itinerantes. Ambos fueron secuestrados por el clan criminal de tortura en línea. Cow Cat fue torturado por Zhu Zhihui durante 36 horas hasta su muerte y Fireball, un niño felino de 3 meses fue eloctrocutado y despellejado en línea, mientras pendia colgado de las extremidades superiores. Sobre Monica hablamos en parrafos más adelante. Se cree que Peng Xiang es el exterminador de Fireball y Mónica.
La indignación global ha sido de tal magnitud, que hoy 36 paises son Guardianes Felinos bajo las instrucciones generales de www.felineguardians.org
De los 8 frentes de violencia señalados, la tortura y asesinato en línea de gatos adultos y bebés, tiene un impacto planetario sin precedentes, pues rompió todo límite ético humano conocido, convirtiéndose en uno de los crímenes más atroces de la historia contra el Reino Animal, teniendo en cuenta que estamos en la edad de oro del acceso al conocimiento y de la multiplicación de organizaciones dedicadas a la Defensa Animal.
Donde ocurre? en China 🇨🇳
Quienes lo hacen? Unos 500.000 criminal-fans asociados al célebre torturador de Cow Cat, "Jack Latiao", en articulación criminal con consumidores en línea.
Porqué ocurre? porque no existe una Ley Nacional Protectiva de los Gatos ni estos poseen el status de Seres Sintientes y Sujetos de Derecho.
Quienes son las víctimas? Gatos, pequeños y gatos adultos, en su mayoría itinerantes pero también los hay domésticos sustraídos de sus hogares.
Metodología: tortura en línea, con una variedad de herramientas, como tijeras, amoladoras, sopletes, martillos y jeringas, entre otras. La evidencia empirica más desgarradora a nuestro juicio es la tortura online de Fireball.
Para qué se hace? con fines hedonistas y con fines comerciales para compradores en línea.
Quienes intervienen: humanos verdugos ejecutores y humanos verdugos por consumo, es decir, compradores en línea.
Consecuencias: efecto multiplicador en todos los grupos etáreos, o efecto contagio o efecto imitación/ y daño psicologico en la población amante de los gatos y tenedoras de los mismos
La gravedad que estamos exponiendo impacta sin duda en la salud mental de los amantes de los gatos. como es el caso de la tenedora de la gata Mónica. Mónica no era una gata callejera sino que pertenecía a un hogar muy bien cuidada y amada desde bebé. Cuando fue capturada en un aeropuerto cuando salió con su amiga humana, por el clan torturador y asesinada a posteriori, su amiga humana intentó suicidarse debido a las imágenes recibidas por parte de los secuestradores, que mostraban el cuerpo de Monica cortado en partes. Previamente los criminales solicitaron rescate bajo amenaza de matar a Mónica, lo cual concretaron de todos modos El destino final de Mónica sumió a su dueña en una profunda desesperación. Las torturas se filman y exhiben en vivo en Internet a través de las plataformas Telegram y Tencent QQ,
Se trata de una red conformada por Verdugos y Consumidores. Esta "clientela" opera "on demand", y pueden seleccionar el Método de Tortura (picana electrica, hervirlos vivos, despellejamiento, corte de extremidades e inyecciones de ácido), así como cualquier otra "herramienta " que satisfaga sus apetencias.
Esta tragedia felina ha tomado estado internacional y ha causado la indignación global, impulsado manisfestaciones, protestas, peticiones y una explosión de acciones en línea por parte de los más de 30 países involucrados, nucleados alrededor de la Comunidad en Línea Feline Guardians creada 2023 para combatir las torturas y asesinatos en línea provenientes de China.
Cabe preguntarse entonces, porque con tanta difusión y la condena masiva de la opinión pública mundial, los secuestros de gatos itinerantes para ser masacrados aún no se detiene....
La respuesta mas inmediata se relaciona con el Estado Chino, pero también con la inacción de la Justicia Mundial para defender la Vida en el planeta, más allá de los límites administrativos de cada país. En China, el vacío jurídico impacta negativamente sobre la tranquilidad de los Animales, dado que solo existen legislaciones parciales y discriminatorias en relación a la Vida No Humana y ninguna de ellas contempla a los Animales como Seres Sintientes y Sujetos de Derecho.
Se trata de 6 Leyes que son parte de la Constitución, de parcialidad y tibieza manifiesta, ya que no solo contempla a los Animales como propiedad, sino que son leyes discriminatorias, ya existe una Ley de Protección de la Vida Silvestre de China que estipula que no se debe maltratar a los animales salvajes durante su manejo y se castiga con medio año de prisión, pero no existe una Ley Nacional Integral Protectiva que incluya a todos los Animales que habitan el territorio chino.
En estas 6 Leyes no hay referencia alguna sobre considerarlos Seres Sintientes y Sujetos de Derecho; la frase del párrafo precedente "durante su manejo" lo confirma, ya que da inmediata cuenta que los Animales están cosificados.
Solo el Panda, que es el Animal Nacional, ha sido incluido en el Nivel 1 de Protección Nacional por ser una especie endémica. El parque Nacional de Pandas Gigantes comenzó a operar en octubre de 2021 y se extiende a lo largo de casi 22,000 kilómetros², lo que ofrece un hábitat protegido al 72% de los ejemplares que viven en libertad en China. y además se protege a la denominada "fauna silvestre" como el Leopardo de las Nieves, el Mono de pelo dorado, el Tigre del sur de China, el Faisán morón, la Grulla de cresta roja, el Ibis rojo, el Delfín blanco de río y el Caimán chino.
Los Animales han sido históricamente , importantes actores en la escenografia cultural de la Nación china. Por ejemplo, el Dragón es el animal sagrado emblema de la cultura china, y se lo considera un animal mitológico, de gran importancia en la cultura china desde la prehistoria: representa los valores mas altos de sabiduría, fuerza y poder.
Una de las posturas más emblemáticas y representativas del Kung Fu es "el gato, o Xu Bu".
El milenario Chi Kung de los 5 animales➡️ Tigre, Grulla, Oso, Mono y del templo Shaolin, imitan por ejemplo al ave abriendo sus alas y al tigre mirando a su alrededor.Estos cinco animales y sus características particulares han llegado a ser parte fundamental de la cultura china y están presentes en sus manifestaciones artísticas desde hace siglos. Para la cultura china y principalmente para el Taoísmo, la observación de la naturaleza es un acto de introspección y conocimiento, desde sus comienzos el pueblo chino estudió el movimiento y cualidades de los animales, admirando los movimientos y esencia de cada uno de ellos.
Es decir. tanto la cultura china como las Artes Marciales Chinas, milenariamente han admirado a los Animales, incorporando sus posturas y movimientos ofensivos como defensivos, para construir la estructura de practica de las diferentes disciplinas basadas en las cualidades fisicas y espirituales de los Animales

Hoy, las nuevas generaciones de chinos se han divorciado de las generaciones que admiraban al Reino Animal y la feroz tortura de gatos online lo confirma tristemente.
Los gatos en China están siendo sistematica y sistémicamente afectados por diversas y prolificas situaciones de Crimenes Cibernéticos, perpetrados por ciudadanos chinos de mal. Por lo expuesto, hallamos en la creación por Ley de Albergues Felinos Seguros, una herramienta protectiva y frenadora del secuestro del felino Itinerante, mientras el gobierno chino promulga su Ley Nacional Integral Protectiva para todos y cada uno de los Animales en su territorio, y encarcela a los responsables de los crímenes contra la Vida Felina, de modo tal que los gatos tengan una Existencia tranquila y libre de asedios y sufrimiento.
Creemos haber planteado argumentos y análisis suficiente como para solicitar:
1) Arbitrar los medios y recursos del Estado chino para la urgente creación de Albergues Felinos Seguros por Ley para todo el territorio de la Nacion.
2) Que dicha Ley sea incorporada a la Ley Nacional Integral Anti-Crueldad Animal cuya urgente promulgación es reclamada a China desde la Comunidad Guardianes Felinos de más de 30 países.
3) Arbitrar los medios y recursos del Estado para urgentemente ir en buscs de los felinos itinerantes, y llevarlos a los albergues, dado que son ellos presa fácil de los secuestradores para los fines desarrollados en párrafos precedentes
4) Arbitrar los medios y recursos del Estado chino para asignar partidas presupuestarias suficientes para los albergues felinos existentes y para la encomiable tarea de los rescatistas privados.
5) Arbitrar los medios y recursos del Estado chino para una fuerte campaña de adopción de felinos, que incluyan subsidios económicos para los adoptantes.

Cow Cat and Fireball were roaming felines. Both were kidnapped by the online torture clan. Cow Cat was tortured by Zhu Zhihui for 36 hours until he died, and Fireball, a 3-month-old kitten, was electrocuted and skinned while hanging by his upper limbs. We'll discuss Monica in later paragraphs. Peng Xiang is believed to be the one who killed Fireball and Monica.
The global outrage has been so great that today 36 countries are Feline Guardians under the general instructions of www.felineguardians.org
Of the 8 fronts of violence identified, the online torture and murder of adult and baby cats has an unprecedented planetary impact, as it broke every known human ethical limit, becoming one of the most atrocious crimes in history against the Animal Kingdom, considering that we are in the golden age of access to knowledge and the multiplication of organizations dedicated to Animal Defense.
Where does it happen? In China 🇨🇳

The existence and severity of animal abuse is common knowledge, transcending all borders and extending across the globe. These two words—animal abuse—refer to a whole range of human behaviors, from appropriation/kidnapping, overcrowding, chaining, throwing, kicking, poisoning, lacerations, and bullying, to extreme torture and murder, as in the case of the online cat torture in China mentioned earlier.
The torture is filmed and broadcast live on the internet via the Telegram and Tencent QQ platforms.
This is a network made up of Executioners and Consumers. This "clientele" operates "on demand," and can select the Torture Method (electric cattle prod, boiling alive, skinning, amputation of limbs, and acid injections), as well as any other "tool" that satisfies their desires.
This feline tragedy has taken on international significance and caused global outrage, prompting demonstrations, protests, petitions, and an explosion of online action by the more than 30 countries involved, grouped around the Feline Guardians Online Community created in 2023 to combat online torture and killings originating from China.

The most immediate response relates to the Chinese state, but also to the inaction of global justice in defending life on the planet, beyond the administrative boundaries of each country. In China, the legal vacuum negatively impacts the well-being of animals, given that only partial and discriminatory legislation exists regarding non-human life, and none of it recognizes animals as sentient beings and subjects of law.
These are 6 laws that are part of the Constitution, which are manifestly biased and lukewarm, since they not only treat animals as property, but are also discriminatory laws. There is already a Wildlife Protection Law in China that stipulates that wild animals should not be mistreated during handling and is punishable by half a year in prison, but there is no Comprehensive National Protection Law that includes all animals that inhabit Chinese territory.
In these 6 Laws there is no reference to considering them as Sentient Beings and Subjects of Law; the phrase in the preceding paragraph " during their handling" confirms this, since it immediately shows that Animals are objectified.
Only the panda, the national animal, has been included in Level 1 of national protection due to its endemic status. The Giant Panda National Park began operating in October 2021 and covers nearly 22,000 square kilometers, providing protected habitat for 72% of the pandas living in the wild in China. It also protects other wildlife such as the snow leopard, golden monkey, South China tiger, mottled pheasant, red-crested crane, scarlet ibis, white river dolphin, and Chinese alligator.

In other words, both Chinese culture and Chinese martial arts have admired animals for millennia, incorporating their offensive and defensive postures and movements to build the practice structure of different disciplines based on the physical and spiritual qualities of animals.
Chinese warriors, and Shaolin monks in particular, analyzed the offensive and defensive movements of any creature they considered capable of fighting. "There are many Shaolin animals, including some lesser-known ones like the dog, the scorpion, and the elephant," says Steve DeMasco.

The land of Lao Tzu and Confucius, the land of the enlightened Taoist Masters of the Wudang Mountains, the land of an Energetic Legacy for the Health of Humanity, the land of Tai Chi Chuan, of the ancient Shaolin Temple, of the ancient Dao Te Ching, the land of Acupuncture and Energy Medicine, the land of the Energetic Legacy, cannot but eradicate the online torture of cats and prosecute the perpetrators for crimes against Life, in this case against Non-Human Life.
China must not turn its back on its ancestors. It must urgently return to the foundations of the Millennial Legacy that contains the martial and therapeutic disciplines forged under the auspices of the physical and spiritual qualities of the Animal Kingdom, and honor this legacy by ending legal discrimination based on species when administering justice for cybercrimes against cats.
Therefore, we find in the creation by Law of Safe Feline Shelters, a protective tool and a deterrent to the kidnapping of the Itinerant Feline, while the Chinese government promulgates its Comprehensive National Law Protecting each and every Animal in its territory, and imprisons those responsible for crimes against Feline Life, so that cats may have a peaceful existence free from harassment and suffering.
We believe we have presented sufficient arguments and analysis to request:
1) To allocate the means and resources of the Chinese State for the urgent creation of Safe Feline Shelters by Law for the entire territory of the Nation.
2) That said Law be incorporated into the National Comprehensive Anti-Animal Cruelty Law, whose urgent promulgation is demanded of China by the Feline Guardians Community of more than 30 countries.
3) To allocate the means and resources of the State to urgently search for the stray felines and take them to shelters, given that they are easy prey for kidnappers for the purposes described in the preceding paragraphs
4) To allocate the means and resources of the Chinese State to provide sufficient budget allocations for existing feline shelters and for the commendable work of private rescuers.
5) Allocate the means and resources of the Chinese State for a strong cat adoption campaign, including financial subsidies for adopters.
