In 2008, the citizens of this borough made it very clear that they were adamantly opposed to any form/type of annexation.  Nothing has changed since then.

The borough residents who have signed this petition respectfully request that you, as the Mayor and members of the City Council of Soldotna, Alaska, put an end to any further attempts at annexation during your tenure.
